Daily Time with God

At St Luke’s we believe that our faith is not a religion, but rather a relationship with God, through Jesus Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit.

We can build our relationship with God through spending time with God, in the pages of the Bible, in prayer and in worship. Spending some time each day offering ourselves and our lives to God, and listening out for his will for our lives is a great way to build our faith.

Fortunately there are loads of absolutely great apps which help us to get a bit of Bible, prayer or quiet contemplation into our daily routines, whether we’ve got five minutes to spare or twenty-five. Check out these and see which might work well for you.

We also gather in person from Tuesday to Thursday at 9am to pray for our world, our church and our community. You can see the approach we take here.
